Refund & Returns Policy (Affiliate Purchases)

How Future First works

Future First is a curated, affiliate-based platform. We don’t sell products ourselves. When you click a product link on our website, you’re redirected to a trusted partner’s website to complete your purchase. Your contract of sale is with that partner, not with Future First.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Because purchases are made directly with our partners, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under the refund/return policy of the store where you completed checkout.

  • Please review the return policy on the partner’s product page or in their checkout.

  • To start a return or ask about eligibility, contact the partner’s customer service listed in your order confirmation.

  • Processing times, conditions (e.g., original packaging, tags), and any restocking or return shipping costs depend on the partner’s policy.

EU right of withdrawal (when applicable)

If your order ships within the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) generally applies with the selling partner. To exercise this right, follow the instructions provided by that partner (timelines, forms, and return address may vary by retailer).

Order issues (damaged/incorrect items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact the partner retailer first so they can put things right under their policy.

What Future First can (and can’t) do

  • We can: help you locate the correct partner policy, share links, and flag concerns to the brand.

  • We can’t: approve or issue refunds, create return labels, or accept returned items—because we’re not the seller of record.

Exceptions (if we sell something directly)

If in the future we offer any Future First–fulfilled products (clearly marked at checkout), those items will have a separate on-site return policy and return address. Unless explicitly marked as “Sold by Future First,” your purchase is affiliate-based with a partner.

We only recommend products that earn Kasper’s goedkeuringspoot and brands that publish clear, fair return policies—no greenwashing allowed.
